Covered parking

We have two exclusive covered garages for our guests with maximum capacity of six cars

• It has access and exit for same place, Alt Street
• Park car service is not included with appartment price
• Guests staying in our apartments can park in our covered garages and store their bikes, scooters, baggage and other objects (only is there is enough space)
• Customers to park their car in the covered parking that has storage also may use it.

Covered parking 1

The largest garage is 85 square meters of residential space with a a capacity of 4 cars.
It lacks storage but enough space to place items (luggage, child car, bicycle, etc.)
Garage door is swingarm and works with remote control.
This garage has internal direct communication with the receiving department.
It's located right where many years ago had a warehouse where was produced and stored wine. Therefore, it walls are decorated with old farm tools.
Within this garage there's also have placed four containers (waste, plastics, paper or cardboard and glass) to do selective garbage collection.

Covered parking 2 (currently not available)

This garage is 36 square meters of residential space with a a capacity of 2 cars.
It also has two storage rooms that can be locked to keep luggage or other objects.
Garage door is swingarm and works with remote control.

Optional services (services not included at rates appartment)

Guests who want to park a car (first car) within one of our garages covered, they will have to pay 2,5€ by day (subject to availability) Parking second car is 5€ by day.
